I need to know any free audio making websites. The only one I know is FL studios, and I don't have enough money, (I think) and I want to know about any other audio websites.

You mean DAWs, Digital audio workstations.

Modplug Tracker is an entirely free music tracking (creating) program. It is a little complicated at first, seeing as it is text-based, but it is easy once you grasp the basics. =)
