wow... you really don't have a clue what it takes to make a game, correct?
if you want to make something really easily, use unreal engine 3 (if your PC can handle it)
learn to program with it, its a scripting language, so its supposed to be easy (although I found it very chaotic at first)

With this topic in mind I suspect you want an ActionScript programmer? If so, make a new topic with more and better information in this forum.
