also heres one of my sketches that would never be seen again
no offense, but if your one of the faceless mass, then that is your fault and your fault alone.
you have to get yourself out there, assert your name in the community if you want to be remembered.
a good start to getting views, votes and reviews it the Review Request Crew, they provide good solid reviews and advice, you should look them up and request some reviews.
Ehhh, yeah, it's your own fault. Although, your art is funny.
If you say your art will never be seen it will never be seen, if you aren't confident in your work and get it out where people can see it, you will stay hidden.

I think your stuff is way above average, but could need that little extra, that little push that makes good art, good - and bad art bad.
I would recommend asking other awesome artists, how they do this, and how they do that. Ask ask ask and ask, find your own way to do what they tell you, develop a unique style, and gain confidence in your own artworks.
Also, show your stuff off. post tons of tons of your pictures that you've spent hours upon hours working on (okay, maybe not several hours, but you get the idea). Ask people to givi crits and comments.
oh, and stay here in the art forum! I'd like to see moar :3
I feel your pain man. That's ok, maybe someday you'll be famous. And your art needs more cleaning up, you'll improve eventually.
Practise, practise, practise.
Only the best get noticed, you just have to become one of them

That's not completely true, the amazing can go under the radar, while the less skilled get all the praise, but basically yes skill=popularity
Getting your art viewed and subsequently improving yourself by the feedback you recieve (which I hope is your ultimate goal, rather than attention) comes down to one thing:
Networking.
Build up a presence on various sites by posting art in topics/galleries regularly, post your critique on other people's work and get involved in larger collaborations and the like.
