Yah, but covers are in someway more fun to look at.

FanArt I feel has more of a sketchy, hand drawn look.

You could do as much FANART of any game. But only 1 cover of a specific game.

Many people have been wanting to something with Portal.
Heres the rule. Anyone can do as much fan art for ANY GAME. But the game can only have one cover.

FOR EXAMPLE

I want to do Portal CoverArt. Someone else is doing that already. COVERS OF THE SAME GAME CANNOT BE MADE. But I can still do as much FANART as I want of portal.
