Banned from the audio terminal

Why would I get banned from the audio terminal? None of my music hasn't even been approved yet, any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

It could be from a bunch of different things....
did you upload copyrighted music?
did you upload a song that contained copyrighted vocals/ midi files/ samples?
if you did any of those things thats grounds for a ban.

When you submit your audio, please be aware:

* You are making the legal claim that it is your own original work.
* Loops you made from existing copyrighted songs are not your own original work.
* If your submission is not your own original work, you will be placed on a rejection list and held responsible for any repercussions.
* You will remain the owner and credited author of the submission.
* If this is your first time contributing to the Audio Portal, you will have to be approved before your submissions are made available publicly (it's a quick process).

You were banned for one of these reasons. Have fun making a new account!

Yeah, looks like you were banned for questionable sample usage.

Next time you submit, list all the samples you used to create the song and under what license they are being used - they must be compatible with the Creative Commons attribution license outlined on the submit page in order to be accepted onto the website.
