Audio Portal Approval?

Hey all!

I'm new to newgrounds, as well as it's audio portal...and forum. I tried submitting my latest song on the audio portal yesterday, and it didn't go anywhere. I received a notification saying I had to wait until my song was approved by an audio moderator before it would appear to others.

It makes perfect sense to me, but now after two days without word I'm starting to wonder how long it usually takes. Assuming everyone else also had to wait when they submitted their first song, I'm wondering how long it will take...because I just really want to see what people think of my music, and want people to hear it!

How long should I wait before contacting somebody? Should I try re-submitting it?

It can take as long as a a week or two depending on the length of the queue. That said, check out this thread for more info.

It can take up to 2 weeks to get approved...
After two weeks, PM me or another audio mod.

Sorry I can't go see what you're approval status is right now...I'm at work and don't have flash on this computer.

I submitted two things about a month ago and mine aren't approved yet. So hopefully yours won't take as long.

If it took that long then theres a good chance you got banned.

Audio mods are so slow............;)
