They are playing American football.
Thats just odd, I mean, im not that much of a sports person, but I never though that there would be American or Canadian style Gridiron football in a place were Soccer football is like a religion. Its understandable small, they don't even get a stadium.
And... Holy crap, Japan has got American football as well.
And just look at all those Japanese Cheerleaders
Interesting.

Wouldn't that be IFL, then?
It can't be the National Football League if it's out of the Nation (America)

American Football doesn't have much of a presence on, say, the mainstream news, but it's reasonably big on the uni sports agendas, and as someone with a blue aura already said, there's been a lot of promotion about it. Fuck. they've had American Football days at Wembley Stadium.

I know that the Frankfurt Galaxy, London Monarchs, and Barcelona Dragons were all part of the now defunct NFL Europe, they started back in 1991

Isn't American football just Rugby with a football instead of a soccerball? Because I remember watching Rugby and seeing how its so similar.

Europeans shouldn't cry about Americanization when they Europeanized 3 continents.

What, the ones that still are in touch with their national identity?
This too will pass.

It started out as rugby, but it's turned into a pretty different sport. When the British Rugby leagues came over into the US, since regular football never caught on, we started calling rugby football, and when we started our own league, it just sorta developed down it's own path into the game we have today.
Also, you're guys' uniforms look horrible, like something an intercity highschool football team might wear if they hated themselves. And it's weird to see the game played in a field instead of a stadium, but I guess that's just because I only really watch college and major league football, if anything.

Wow, weird. Japan got the uniform's sorta figured out, and the stadium looks good, but lordy did those teams suck.

In a disgustingly ironic twist, the Patriot's game in England was considered a 'home game'.

Good, it sounds like European men are finally growing testicles and dumping the pansy wannabe sport of soccor for a manly game like football. Up until now, European men never had testicles.
