Think. First year of the C.E. Calender was 1.

Ther was no year 0.

First decade was 01-10.

Next was 11-20.

Next was 21-30.

So on and so forth.

TECNICALY the new decade dose not start till 2011, but if any one refers to the decade of 2010, 2010 will be the start,

for instance, Call Me - Blondie is considred an 80's era song, you would not call it a 70's song because it was made in 1980 would you?

The cultural decade starts at the x0 instead of x1, where the actual decade starts at x1.

That's very early. Most premature babies, by my complicated LBRocker Math & Logic are born 2-3 weeks earlier than expected.

Trust me, you don't want to know what my logic and math is based on. It's really super complicated.
