wow.......I just played halo 3 from 12:30 a.m. to now (6:00 a.m.) -- completely lost track of time. Played 3 levels of co-op online with 2 other guys I met, then played team slayer and team territory for a few hours, then watched the saved videos of a few games and recorded a couple of small clips of cool things that happened in them. SAVED FILMS IS AMAZINGLY FUN. Then I tried forge for a bit, then several free-for-all games of slayer and juggernaut. I hated Halo 2 but I gotta say, I am very happy with Halo 3.

6 hours for 4 people is pretty good....for 1 person thats 10+ hours, great for any fps. But honestly, once I touched multiplayer and saved films I almost completely forgot about single player and coop. They are just so fun I could see it being a while before I actually finish the campaign.

The one thing that annoys the hell out of me is how much I suck at halo. I have been playing fps games since I was 8 years old, starting with Doom 1 and 2, Quake 1 and 2, all the unreals and unreal tournaments.....etc. etc. etc. etc. the list goes on forever. Whether it was single player or online, if it was an fps I was playing it. Rarely did I join a deathmatch game and not come in at least 3rd.

However, this BASTARD Halo 3 is kicking my ass. It's such a different feel from other games, and that is part of what makes it so fun. At the same time though, when I am getting pummeled, it brings my piss to a boil and I curse all these losers who spent 50000 hours playing Halo 2, which I never played because it sucked. Its like everybody is an expert at that game: little kids, ghetto wannabes, country bumpkins, canadians, nerds, jocks, gays, brits, no matter who you are and what you do YOU are amazing at Halo 3. I am not however, and my brain constantly feels like it is being stabbed and raped as it searches for the answer.

*sigh* damn it! I wish bungie would've gone with the storyline from the books, I think it would've been a little more interesting if they would've included them.

Yeah but I was on Co-op on normal difficulty. Would have taken much longer on Heroic and Solo which I am doing now.

A couple by accident? Are they really that easy to find? Because I heard from someone that those skulls are a bitch to find. :/

Well the ones I have found have been anything but hard. Found them along the way to completing the mission, didn't go out of my way really. I assume the others are a pain in the ass though.

I don't know what the skulls did in Halo 2 but in 3 by unlocking them you get achievement points for some of em and you can also alter the campaign. Most of the changes you can do for the campaign make it more difficult.

Alter the campaign hey. That sure is interesting. I'm pretty sure I only have 2 skulls so far. One was on the level with the 2 scarabs and I can't remember where the other one was. Having a Halo 3 LAN party tonight. XD I should be able to kick everyone elses ass.

Yeah they are, your got a Samurai Armour type unlocked in multiplayer, looks pretty damn cool, people call it the Hayabusa armour.
I have found 6, 8 if you count silver skulls aswell.

The biggest bitch of a skull to find is the IWHBYD skull which was the hardest to get in Halo 2 aswell.
It is so hard to get and cant be come across by accident, on the level with Prophet, you have to go across a bridge with rings overhead filled with enemies, you have to go through each ring in order of the halo 3 musical melody in notes, like E# and such, after running through 20 rings in exact order of the melody which you need to either figure out or watch a video (which I did), the skull spawns at the top of the bridge where the prophet is.
Better to clear the bridges of enemies and kill the prophet before doing it.

I was honeslty expecting this club to explode with Halo Faggotry. You're lucky it all went off int General because most idiots are too stupid to check C/C.
So has anyone played and beat the campaign on Legendary?
Honestly, I think the Campaign was crappy and dissapointing.
I mean, it's like after 70% of the multiplayer was finished one of them said "Hey wait guys! We gotta work on a campaign too!"
If you don't have Xbox Live, such as myself, about HALF the game is missing.

Plus, beating the game on Legendary still means little. The humor became....dull. And overall, the ending left you with very little anticipation. It's like:
BOOM! Earth saved, ALLSupporting Characters Dead, Elites Go Home, HAVE A NICE DAY HALO FANS, NOW GO PLAY MULTIPLAYER FOR THE NEXT 3 YEARS WHILE WE WORK ON Halo 4 AND WARS.

Now that I think it, who's actually awaiting Halo Wars?

I'm so fucking in. I've completed this game on Normal, almost on Heroic, and my gamertag is Kickflip OZ.

And i'm talking about Halo 3. I've completed Halo and Halo 2 on Easy, Normal, Heroic and Legendary. Go, me.
