Can you guys help me make this better. I am a pretty new artist and I am trying to make a thumbs up for the end of my game. I want it to look 3dish but I don't know how to. Please help...

You should learn shading, because it contributes to the realism of the drawing. Here's an awesome tutorial on shading.

It seems to be a decent hand. The wrist seems to be a little skinny for the hand though.
