You cannot compare two things that are not the same.

NG has flash and audio. 100% made by the people who visit NG.

Ebaums has funny stuff that appeared on television/got recorded with a side of flash, which the stuff is RARELY made by the people who visit Ebaums world. Infact, most of the stuff Ebaums world has is taken from NG (flash wise).
