Go to any place that fixes computers instead of asking NG Forums. Because here you will get nothing.

Have you attempted to run a system restore? This process can be found by following this route: Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > System Restore. From there pick a restore point before you ran/installed that program.

Sounds pretty fucked up..... but if you are unable to enter safe mode... that means that it is loading drivers before/during the windows boot, not after.
Edit your system configuration in a text-style editor from your other os, and remove any drivers/components or re-add the ones you need.
Sorry for double post, but when i said my keyboard and mouse dont work, i meant when vista starts up, it works fine in the very start (when you have to choose if you want to start in safe mode)

You should still try to edit your system configuration file for windows from your other os.

It's not as hard as you might think...
Search your volume(s) for the files AUTOEXEC.BAT, CONFIG.SYS, WIN.INI, SYSTEM.INI
open them with a text editor program that does not add any autoformatting, when you are done, save it. (and if necessary rename the file to have its proper extension)
