Well, first, you should improve on your grammar. No one wants to see a mod writing incorrectly, unless they're mocking someone. Next, you should try and help people out, or suggest problems to BBS mods. Don't backseat mod though, or you'll never get it.

Firstly, You have to get your post count up to a minimum of 5,000 posts. Make sure out of these 5,000 posts, 4,890 are the most helpful posts this bbs has ever seen.
Secondly, Be a god at Photoshopping. Every mod has Photoshop abilities, so if you get good at photoshop, it is an instant bonus to your resume for being a mod.
thirdly, Make sure you eat from all classified food groups. Each mod has to be healthy, in order to moderate with a correct mindset.
Fourthly, Exercise. You need to be physically fit to swing the ban hammer around, mainly because the damn thing is heavy.
Fifthly, if you have a vagina, post pictures of it. This will get you lots of popularity points, which help when in the mod selection.
If you are reading this, it means I have posted. Whether or not I am still posting, this has left its mark, for many years to come.
