Christmas Spirit Red Character Feat

Hey there, well as we all know, christmas is on the horizon! (Yay) and so I've been drawing to get into the spirit. And well, I want you to get into the spirit too! The point is you have to design a character (no backround art, and try to keep it simple).But here's the catch: It has to be in red ink, it has to relate to christmas somehow, and must be simple/basic. No amazing detail, just some swipes of your red pen, some skill, and upload a picture on to your computer to post in the thread. This isn't for a flash video or anything else, its for fun! At the end, I'll set up a thread for voting. Be sure to put in your signature, so we know you didn't steal it! Oh, by the way NO FLASH. I know this is a flash site, (and i love it) but using pen is part of the challenge. SO! Lets go over the rules, one more time.
RULES:
1.) The drawing is in RED
2.) The drawing is made from PEN, --not flash!
3.) It can only be a character, nothing else.
4.) Keep it simple.
5.) Has to have some relation to christmas ( or the holidays/december ).
6.) You can't just copy from something, must be completely original. (sign it)
7.) The dead-line is January 5th (my birthday, as well as the day children return to school.)
8.) Its doesn't have to be beautiful!

A prime example of a doodle that took less than 5 minutes maybe.
So what, you drew a little doodle and thought "Oh hey, why don't a make a contest based off of what I drew?" I'm sorry but this has no incentive for anyone to join.

ya, thats basically it, but why not? It gives you a reason to draw. I get lazy alot, and now, you have some incentive. Its for fun, I know its stupid, but if you don't want to, i won't make you. I promise.

Sorry for the double post, and not to step on your toes or anything, big-johnny, but this seems like a bit of light, fun competition for anyone that just wants to draw something. Let's just have some fun and roll with it!

oh, i forgot to say, it can be edited on photoshop editor. I just used an over cast to make it brighter. Have fun with it! I just like to make it nicer, thats art for ya!

I don't have a scanner atm, could I possibly do a drawing in photoshop using only one brush size and in red?

He put pen only but you can edit exposure, line weight(?) and/or brightness on the computer

Ha, well, ya, I guess I should have put more thought into this, but its just for fun! Ya, come to think of it, it is dumb not to have green, but I'm going to stand by my decision of red. Ya, photoshop is ok, I just didn't want any poorly drawn flash drawings. ck to important matters- that santa head, mighty good job! I'm really liking the red. (I feel that the only time i ever see red is when its blood, so i just wanted to see it put to a more innocent use.) Also, you just can't go wrng with snow men! I'm delighted by the submissions so far!

Yeah I used photoshop, considering I found a loophole. It doesn't say anything about photoshop, so I just went ahead and drew it. I'm glad you liked my santa head!
