Could use more contrast between the Totodile(?) and the background. Also, the perspective is sort of confusing without anything between the Pokemon.

Been a while!!! I started this in 2010 and finished the guy on the left a couple weeks ago. The one on the right is kind of screwed up because I was using a different method of coloring and junk back then and I didn't want to spend a long time fixing it. Added the smoke to distract from the bad drawing!!!!

  Started this in 2010. Put it aside for another drawing of a zombie pirate. I like this one better. Some of the coloring is off because I used a different method of drawing back then (everything was on one layer) and I couldn't really fix it.

Thx!! Yeah now that I look at it I do think the texture is a little too much.

The last one looks really cool. The forum version's quality suffered a lot from uploading apparently. The lighting is not consistent, but overall it is a really interesting and kinda creepy character and a good drawing.

Yeah normally I try lighting from above the character. This was really my first attempt at doing it from the bottom and I agree it looks pretty bad. Thx though!!

I just realized I use the words "something" and "dumb" a lot when I say anything related to my art.

Here's something I named "dumb" before I realized that.

My advice for you is to please, for the love of god, stop using flash to make line art. Flash has just about the worst line control imaginable, its pressure/width is randomized. That's not a good thing for drawing. Literally use anything else, photoshop, paint tool sai, ms paint. Anything is better than flash for drawing line art.

I forgot to make something earlier so I spent a few minutes making this. I'm trying to draw as often as I can in photoshop to get the hang of it.

I made this at school with a mouse.

It's also pretty bad.

A few sketches. More of a shading/smudging test than an anatomy test. I still need to work on drawing noses the most!
