We all know the way we see and think changes with alcohol. But the question is, my dear newgrounders, what are you like when you're drunk as hell?

I become too friendly, keep asking girls' names and forget them in the next minute and dance to any music.

I become more talkative and friendly. If there's dancing going on, I sometimes dance. Other than that, not much.

I've never been drunk, but an friend of mine is an experience drinker, and she said I would probably be a depressed drunk. I think she's probably right.

Depends. If you're in a good mood, drinking elevates your mood. If you're in a shitty mood, it makes you feel depressed and sorry for yourself.

Extremely emotional. Like, I wouldn't just feel happy, I'll feel great as hell, I wouldn't just feel a bit shit, I'll feel absolutely depressed. I also tend to be a tiny bit more compulsive.

So alcohol is basically an amplifier of your mood?

It makes sense. But when I get drunk, in the beginning I'm happy but in the end when I'm almost sober I get a bit sadder and less hyper. May be because I get sleepy...Ionno.

Well alcohol is a depressant. That doesn't literally mean "it makes you depressed", it just means it slows you down. So if you're in a good mood, it slows down your body and your mood is elevated because of the relaxing feelings of being drunk. If you're in a bad mood or upset about something, it makes it harder to comprehend and deal with whatever's troubling you.

There are times however when annoyances in life can be forgotten about while drinking, usually when you're in the company of good friends.

When I'm drinking or drunk, and I feel great, I have a hard time dealing with it when the night is over. Like when I'm at a party and a bunch of people end up leaving while I'm still having a good time. It kind of puts me on a downer.
