(I am saying minimum 30FPS on high settings but on medium settings minmum 45 FPS).
Please post FPS benchmark aritcles if you know them.
Why not just get the cheaper, more powerful GeForce cards?
Radeon does make pretty kickass cards, but I'd take PhysX over DX11 any day.

No, you couldn't push great framerates with a 4650 at all. I don't usually root for NVidia too positively, but get a 9800 GTX+.
Guys just answer me. I like Nvidia too but I don't have a choice because I am getting the Radeon for christmas, and I know they already bought it.
4650 might get you high settings on Bioshock, not max, but high, as for MW2, you would be pushed to medium.
I can get max settings on MW2 (1900x1200 resolution) with a 4850 512mb, but my PC is a 2.6ghz quad core with 8gb ram.
Anyway, I would go for a 4800 series, or save up for the next generation.
(I'm switching to nvidia when they bring out their new gpu thing, cant remember what it's called)

Thanks man. CoD Modern Warfare 2 on medium smooth gameplay is reasonable. I have BioShock for PC and currently use a GeForce 7100 128MB and I can play it at lowest res and lowest settings possible with 20-30 FPS lol. This card is heaps better than my current.
And like I said my parents already bought the 4650 1GB, and honestly it is the BEST card they can get where I don't need to get a new power supply. I was going to ask to return it and me save up the extra cash ($20-$50 more) for a GTS 250 but then I would need a new power supply, which costs minimum $50 for the wattage I need (450W for the GTS 250) unless the 4800 series requires less wattage than I thought?

Well, my PSU is 600w+, not sure of the exact number, so im afriad I dont know there.
However, my general rule for PC (for gaming anyway) is get a good one, keep it up to date for 4 years through whatever means (Adding graphics card, ram etc) and then after those 4 years are up, get a new one, becuase by that time something new will have come out, and I dont mean knew, like a next stage up graphics card, I mean new in the way it was made, like a single core processor moving to a dual core.
But the 4600 will keep you going for a wee while.
Fuck what they're buying you. Get a damn gtx 290. I can get upwards of 190 fps on max settings on TF2, Farcry, etc. while running vista with a shitty 3g of ram and a quad at 2.8.
A fucking gtx 260 would do almost as well. 120 bucks. Worth it.
