I completed my second pyro milestone, but I never got my new Flamethrower, what do I do? There's such a low chance of me getting it randomly, so there's no point in trying.

You can only get them randomly now.
I think getting the milestones increases your chance though, I'm not 100% on that.

No, each time you get a milestone you get a new weapon.

It's a known bug, you just have to wait a few hours for it to fix itself :)
All the servers are having connection issues.
Just wait for a few hours, then log back in and you should have your weapon.

Bad luck I guess, you'll get it in a few hours. After achieving my first soldier milestone, I received the weapon only a few minutes later.

The backburner completely cripples the pyro.
