I'm definitely going for not only customized bases and villains, but base building. You would actually assign room types to the empty rooms of your base, and you would be able to add floors to the layout to give each base more depth. Yeah, "each base"...I'm all about letting the player have more than one, too. Maybe a launching ground from Canada while remaining safe in Japan, where you conduct your research, and a testing ground for weapons in Africa, etc.

i wish i could have placed the turrets wherever i wanted.
i also think it would have been cool to lv up a patsy or henchmen instead of having to either kill or wait for them to die respectively. also I really like the idea of leading/going on missions yourself.
it would be cool to have the option to have them do it themselves or just order them around or go Rambo and do it on your own. it would also be cool to be able to actuly invade and take over a city or country, also it would be cool to trick dif countries into going to war (maybe make mastermind at fault for a few historical events like WWII and the cold war) which i would like to customize the base like one person said with multiple basses and make different rooms do different things etc, also <3 the idea about controlling the minions more while in mission so you can have some guard the door and others attack the vault. ps. the game needs to be longer and have multiple endings to increase replay value.
