I have Vista/AidsHerpes on my computer and it randomly decides to block random websites and not let me return to them.
I'd been using IE to come to NG on here for at least a year now and all of a sudden I could go to every single website except NG.
So I ended up trying firefox and google chrome with no success.
Now Im using Opera and it works like a charm.
So in short, yes, try some other browsers.

You can get Firefox and then the Firefox IE conversion skin if you want to retain some of the look and feel of IE. (Though I personally prefer cleanliness of the Strata40 skin.)
I have no experience with chrome but I hear only good things.
Opera is also a great browser.

That sounds like it could be a host list issue. I forget where they all are on the file system, but I know Spybot S&D has a host list tool in it. Newgrounds.com might be blocked on one of them.

It's surely not a combination of the website and the OS. It's either the OS and the browswer, or the browser and the website...
And anyways Windows 7 is awesome cause it'll play Civilization II again, and Vista won't let it work.
