I bought a macbook pro from my uni's bookstore on Nov 15. On Nov 16 I returned it to the store because it wasn't working properly.

I couldn't flat out return it - they had to take it to another place for a "diagnostic".

Every time I call the repair place they say there is a part they are waiting for. IT WILL BE 1 MONTH THIS THURSDAY SINCE I SAW EITHER MY MONEY BACK OR MY LAPTOP.

I made the retarded decision of buying it at this store, which charges a 15% restocking fee for any refund that's 300 dollars I pay for the privilege of getting assfisted by this retarded bookstore.

I can't call them to complain until tomorrow. I am sitting here blind with rage.

That was stupid. You should have bought it from Apple. I have a lot of experience with them and it seems that they take the extra money that you pay for the Apple logo, and spend it on quality customer service that actually is located in the UK. (Or America. Wherever you live)

Man when it comes to apple, you should ONLY buy from apple. Especially with new macbooks, if there's even the slightest problem they'll just exchange it. For free. A guy in my dorm last year bought the same macbook as I, and replaced it 5 fuckin times because he found slight scratches or offset keys. Didn't have to pay this "restocking fee" crap

Exactly. When you buy mac. You might pay too much, but the machines run very well with zero lag at any time. And their customer service is great.
