AS2 help

well, i need script that actaully works.
iM working on this platform shooter, but i cant get the damn gun to point to the mouse.
i need the gun to stay in the same place but it rotates to my gun.
i for got the script i put in earlier, but it made the gun fly away from me.

On timeline:

oh ya, anyone kno how to let the cursor go off the dam white space/
it cant go anyfarther then the stage.

since im pretty sure your using a tutorial you should check that first and try making a plain platformer because do you even have any idea what to do with that code?
and for the cant go past the edge of the stage theres probably something that says " the cursor can only go less than or = to the dimensions of the stage delete that line and it should be able to move where ever
