Need help, teacher will kill me

So here's my issue. I had to do a bullshit 12-bar blues assignment and in the end I had to put down the notes for my song. Since I didn't give a fuck I just googled 12 bar blues guitar and copy pasted this image, my music teacher was amazed by how awsome it is and she wants me to show her how I made it... yeah.

I told her a freind did it for me, the notes, she told me to call up that freind and figure out the software... so she'l be expecting me to bring something in tomorow, sadly enough I see her on a day to day basis so I can't avoid her.

Anyone know a good note making software which could do something identical or similar to this?

Only two I know of are Noteworthy Composer and Anvil Studio.

try using FInale Notepad, its free and i think it could do that, not 100% sure though.
