You know how you can sometimes kill intruders to your property legally, would it be legal to rape them, I mean if your'e allowed to kill them shouldn't you be able to rape them too. Is raping intruders somehow worse than killing them? If it isn't legal to rape intruders why not?

good question. But usually intruders aren't going to be people you'd want to rape. Unless you got a fetish for thieves and black people (no racist comment intended).

no it would not be because one you are allowed to shoot them if you feel they are an immediate danger to your health as in having a gun or knife in their hand or pulling it out on you or about to do soo...but as for raping them i don't thinks so because killing in self defense or defense of others is one thing but rape is rape unless the person who broke into your house has raped someone....and that's when you don't kill them and get them sent to jail...and pay one of the security guards to make sure he drops the soap

They are trespassing onYOUR property, you generally do whatever you want on your property because it's your property, they're intruders, you can do whatever you want, plus rape can stop people If Slade didn't rape Raven she could have hurt him, same with Starfire
If the intruder came to your house, with the intention of raping someone, and you came out and did it for him. That would be ironic.

Just because it's your property it doesn't mean you can do whatever comes to your mind. You're expected to do only what's necessary to preserve your security in the scenario that you feel endangered by intruders, and rape doesn't have an excuse unless you're facing some kind of andriod that only dies when sperm is injected in it's system.

I believe that self-defense can be used as a defense in court, it may not necessarily get you out of going to jail but it could reduce the sentence. If you could actually prove that the rape was done in self-defense then maybe the court will tip in your favour.
However, considering that rape isn't really something that can be used as self-defense then there is pretty much a 100% chance that you will go to jail.
