Yes, with ShinyArmor's and S-Rock's submissions, we now have enough songs submitted. Here's what we'll do: In the next round - Round 2, you are all allowed to use these Round 1 submissions but you are also allowed to make a new submission. If you want to stick to your original song, repost it to avoid confusion (sorry about all the reposting, but it would take you a few seconds to go to your audio and choose the song you submitted and it'd take us judges quite a few minutes to skim through the recent pages of the thread looking for it), but if you want to make a new one, simply post the new one. The next deadline is 10th February, so you have till then.
Good luck to everyone. We'll post the pairings shortly (sorry but we can't now, since we have judging for Group 1 to do and we're looking for a new judge :[ ).

I suppose S-Rock will have to drop out, since we need 16 for the next round, and it's only fair that I allow people who were late to post their songs in, not people who were late to ask to join...

One question then. How do we know who we are facing? Because with so many people having dropped out, it hardly leaves us with any idea as to who our new competitor is. And that is important information to know.

It looks like y'all need some help with these judges though; it's not good that you seem to be missing one every time the judging process rolls around. And I don't think it would be a bad idea to include a 24-hour warning with a set time to submit the songs to everyone, just so that people don't miss the deadline, ya know? (i.e., is the deadline ANYTIME on February 10th, with the deadline actually being 11:59 PM? Or is it 12:00 AM, meaning that February 9th is actually the last FULL day to work on the song? Where is the cutoff?)

Bah! Twas not an utter mess! Twas simply a word problem that needed to be solved...

My answer was 3.875 apples. But it seems like I was wrong because we ended up with 17. (The apples represented the contestants if you had not figure that out already.) :-P

well, sorry to hear that 16 people couldnt make it and even sorrier that some made it too late and had to be kicked out. Unfortunately, this as our first time was slightly unorganised but hopefull itll be much better next year as well try to fix as much of the errors as possible.

I feel like it's basically giving Bosa the win though. =`( I mean, Bosa's only like a NG god, half of his submissions are in the top 1,000 as far as popularity goes, he's only 10 years older than me, his production's only 3,000 times better than practically anyone who's submitted anything so far...Yep, I definitely still have a chance lol.
