Someone from newgrounds should have had no problem winning but since the contest judges work for fox they wanted a bucket of shit show instead of a good show that shows even the smallest signs of talent in drawing and a sense of humor.

Personally i seen some of your work and i didn't think it was great but to be fair you can just as easily say the same about my work.
I will however agree that you do appear to do better than the contest winner but your two most recent drawings in the art portal didn't really interest me.
Basically i would have liked to have seen you draw the anime characters without copying the same shapes and character design to the letter.
You can still get the character's shape down without taking away from your own style and i say this because i get bored of fan art looking all the same.

Wait... What the fuck did I just watch? That can't be the contest winner, It fucking sucks! The animation was horrible, nothing but tweens, it had some pretty bad voice acting and It wasn't funny AT ALL!
