How's my pc security?

I have Microsoft Security essentials, threatfire and Malwarebytes.
Is this good protection for my pc? Am I covered defense-wise in all areas?

Here are the following things you need to make sure you will never ever get anything...
1) Spybot search and destroy
2)AVG
3) Spyware Blaster
4) Mozilla firefox with adblock and noscript.

With these 4 things you have to try VERY hard in order to get infected....
