I completed MW2 on Veteran. and the Ghost achievement still doesn't want to cooperate. I've done the required task.. no achievement. I actually did it twice.

Do it on Recruit, and just keep reverting to checkpoints if you alert anyone. Get Soap to snipe the guards, while you just waltz on in.

You're not allowed to kill anyone OR alert any of the guards...at all. Obviously if Soap snipes any of them thats ok.

At the opposite end of the map to where you spawn, there's a staircase, go up it, but not out of the map, as the mission will end automatically.
So there's like a little alley up those stairs, hide in there, and wait until a juggernaut is on the steps, he won't come up, he'll get stuck. So when he's stuck, shoot the wall directly opposite you and it'll damage him, do that until they're all dead.
You can also run down for more ammo, but it's risky.

Yea, we've been there a few times.

The times we've done it the Juggernaut, especially if there's more than one, will actually come up the stairs, into the front of the alleyway and mow us down.
