I had one of my reviews deleted for penalizing one of the Meet'n'F**k flash "games" and rating it for a total of 3 for the animation.
Am I therefore mistaken, that the author uses stolen Japanese artwork in his flash animations without crediting them? Can anyone clarify?
I really think using uncredited, someone else's artwork in a flash should be legal. I think it should be penalized with banning the flash, just as copyrighted artwork is. I find it really annoying that those flashes have a pretty nice(4.0+ average) scores and indirectly proclaim their authority over the artwork.
Opinions, clarifications? Discuss.

Also, you cant say that any aspect of a flash is stolen, otherwise it biases the opinion of people voting on it/watching it.
Just PM someone with hard proof, then it'll get worked out.

You need hard proof, and a good reason why the author should be at fault.
Giving credit to any art, though, is totally fine.

Why go through all the trouble to create a thread, review and quite possibly PM wade about a bit of stolen art work. It's there for entertainment. Just PM the guy who stole it to credit the guys artwork if your that concerned. But I don't think it matters to much.

Easy to say for you. If you would take great effort for you to create such artwork and then you'd see it leisurely shared on sites, you would know the feeling and probably not speak as you do now.
I will PM the author, but I *highly* doubt he'll respond nor take any action.

Also, the Meet'N'Fuck series is pretty big, so if there was stolen stuff, it probably would have been found out by now. Get some proof, like everyone else said.

Um, it actually clearly states in the rules that if you find something that is stolen, you do not write about it in your review. You have to blow the whistle on it the first chance you get and if you are not able to do that, contact a moderator about it. Of all the reviews I've written (and all the ones I've lost) I would know their regulations well.

Yes the artwork is stolen, bu he codes it and your supposed to rate a stolen flash the same as you would if it were original anyway, it says in the rules.

The base pictures are probably all from Hentai Key and then just manipulated in flash. The games are free to play so theres no real issue.
