Hey all! I just created a new internet radio station on which I will be playing the best from the Newgrounds Audio Portal. I'll be promoting the artist's of whose song I'll use. Please check it out if you get the chance, it should run fine on iTunes or any other MP3 player you have. It's a live stream so there will always be new content!
Here's the link to the MP3: http://69.118.212.167:8000/listen.m3u
Enjoy!

I'm sure you didn't mean to but your response makes it seem like ur a jackass which i guarantee u aren't.
Anyways, yea he's right there is already something like that called RadioGrounds, it doesn't have much viewership which sucks, so you can help them out. I bet they would love the extra help.
Thanks though!

I'm not surprised one already exists, oh well. I'll still keep my station open in case anyone cares to listen.

I'm pretty sure when the Radioground DJ's are doing live shows they do mix in Newgrounds music. Then again, I'm sure mich will throw his 2 cents in as soon as he comes around.
And yea, I admittedly am a bit of a jackass right now :)

*throws in 2 cents just because you mentioned me ;)*
The Radiogrounds DJ just spin whatever they want to if I'm honest. I think EchozAurora spins the most of actual NG stuff. I must admit, when I go on, I barely ever play NG music.
Then again, Radiogrounds is pretty much dead, and the only like 2 people will listen there.
This all means that the link provided might as well be good, so I advice everyone to check it, which I am going to do now.

i love your attempt. Even if there's 10 NG stations already, it don't matter. The more the merrier, and the more there are, the more NG music gets out and the more the artists get recognized.
(It would be nice if you could host some of my music ;))
Good Luck!

Thanks for all the support guys!
However, I've come across some problems. The program I was originally using to broadcast my station was Nicecast. It's a good program and it did the job, however my trial has ended, so now whenever I broadcast there is a loud buzz of static (this is supposed to encourage me to buy the full program, at $40).
If anyone knows of any free alternatives, I'm DEFINITELY going to do this. I may still do this even if I have to pay. This seems like it would be LOADS of fun and it would be a great way for me to showcase other people's work and have a lot of fun.
Thanks!

Yeah sure, I'll play your music, and I don't expect to be making a profit from this :)
BTW, here's the link again.
