MS paint is a ridiculously easy and direct tool to use and the only reason people say they don't like it is usually because they can't use anything effectively at all, I've definitely seen that happen before

I lose a lot of faith in a person's artistic ability if they can't even open Microsoft Paint and bust out something mediocre in 15 minutes
