Creepy Christmas Creature collab

Me and exzeta have teamed up to form an art collaboration of creepy Christmas creatures. Here are the specs of the Collab:

Specs:
%u2022 You may use Photoshop, MS paint, GIMP, a tablet, or any other animation tool.
%u2022 The end date will be December 1st.
%u2022 Anybody who would like to make art for this Collab is welcome to join(obviously).
%u2022 You MUST use the template given below.
%u2022 NOBODY will be paid in the making of this Collab, it is completely non-profit.
%u2022 There is a limited space, so please ask for a spot soon, or you might be too late!!!
%u2022 If you cant work with these rules, I don't think you are good enough an artist to be in the Collab.
%u2022 Please only attempt to submit up to 3 pieces of art.(this may change if time runs out and there are still spaces.)

Two things:
1) Has this been approved?
2) Don't start with a blank image, that's a terrible starting pic. It gives no incentive for anyone to join.
