I'm NOT making a thread to post one pic and leaving it. I'm making someplace for me to submit ALL of my art. GIVE ME A BREAK!!!!!!

then why did you make that other thread? That other one should also be in this thread, or all of these images should be in that thread, however the mod sees fit to lock it.

and.... there all horrid to put it blatantly, and animated GIFs like that are the most annoying things ever

Gradient=/=shading, it's a lazy way to shade and looks cheap.
The only thing I can really say is (assuming you don't have a tablet here) is pick up a pencil, grab some paper and draw and practice.

this is another (yes ANOTHER) boat i made. And before somebody asks, i say"YES. I know i used gradients. I know it's a lazy way of shading. I made this almost a year ago."

1. they are already finished, and i don't feel like remaking them.
2. i already know most of what you could tell me to make something so simple better.

anyway, here's my coffee cup. I don't remember why, but that little white space inside the cup was unfilled for a reason... hmmm...

Post your latest stuff and 'best' stuff, everything else is useless.

I can understand wanting to show improvement, looking at people art threads going from first to last page, seeing the level of improvement is usually pretty impressive.
However, people will take a look at the front page of your thread and immediately think you suck.

seriously? i spent almost an hour on it. this one, i don't favor greatly, and i merely ask whether i should give up on it, or try to make it worth something

on the skull (kinda) i used the brush, smudge and burn. i only used fill on the background.

this next one, is just two pictures of my cat that i played back and made it look like it's talking. again, i made it for humor not for being artistic.

Stop with the digital art, grab yourself a pencil and paper, and just start sketching. This stuff here is getting you nowhere.

Thats just how it is normally here, we do give harsh criticism, you should probably try what Big Johnny said and grab a pencil, grab some paper, and start drawing, because not everyone can go straight to the computer without doing it on paper first.

then when your done take a pic of it or scan it so we can all see, but dont rush, thats what leads to poor looking work
