The overall performance was long and a bit draggy.

I'm sure the feelings of this animation could've been expressed without so much long transitions. It was however decently animated. And I was building up some tension as he was parachuting and talking to his daughter. What if he got shot out of the sky!

9/10

Though lacking in visuals, this is a nice story.

It reminds me allot of the old children's book "The Giving Tree".
But this one has a more monotonous cycle to it.
It's that sort of "life goes on" message.

10/10

I just witnessed something magical...

At the beginning of the film, I was extremely depressed.
But the curiosity of seeing a plant grow among the dead lands...
Is symbolic to a somewhat glimmer of hope.
That happiness and wonders can occur in even the gloomiest places.

Wow...that was....both good and creepy.

I'm a little freaked out by animation loops like this.
But at the same time, I appreciate it for the genius it is.
So many works, so many minds, so many pieces of art.
It's all a wonder of the world.
And so is this.

8/10

Brief but stylish

Never listen to everything you hear on TV.
The very idea of this film is mind-boggling.
I especially like the T-Rex/Turtle/Lady Legs with Fried Chicken arms.
Brief, but very stylish.

Mesmerizing

But I'm not really into that.
It's nice for a while to relax.
In fact, create more versions of this and it becomes visual therapy.
That or an easy way to hypnotize people.

6/10

Not the best I've seen today.

It was a quick animation that seemed just a bit rushed.
I felt it could've been invested with a bit more smoother animation.
The scene is a bit choppy here and there.
If intended, it needs to be with a form of neatness.
It can be done just a bit better.

10/10

Best Animation - Good Kinetic Movement.

The smoothness of this animation really is amazing.
It's so logical, and jazzy.
Everything fits according to the bass.
Imagine if this was a game, or if it was in color?
That would rock!

I love cultural works of art.

I especially enjoy how you animated the actual art pieces.
You really should finish this.
Add narration and this could be broadcasted on Television.
This style of animation with your photos is a cool idea.
I would love to watch an actual documentary on Newgrounds.
That would be mentally stimulating.

7/10

A distopian society. A bounty hunter. A time controlling misfit.

All add up to one creepy version of a cowboy tale.
The music doesn't really work for this piece.
If it had sound effects and western/techno music.
That would work.

_______________

Best Experimental

This piece was beautiful. If anything falls best in this category. It would have to be this magical little animation. I was really feeling the blues at the beginning of this film. But those light-up plants really brought me back up. I like it when films can do that. It's so uplifting. The way how those plants look like light-bulbs (bulbs like plants also) is almost symbolic somehow. I'm not sure how, but it is expressive.

And this scene is just breath-taking.

WTF Flash Movie Review

10/10

:D - That was...AWESOME

Rock ON!!!!

I am both profound and amazed by the idea.

10/10

Eeeessh. Moody Goth Girl

That girl got some problems.
This has potential as a mini-series.
But I don't see how much development of the other characters are.
Primarily it should be about the Goth Girl.
Great Animation Skillz

6/10

Unassuming to most, Amusing to most

It all depends if you like dick jokes I suppose.
It wasn't the best animation.
And it wasn't the best in sound either.
It could've deliver the same absurdity,
but would've earned a higher score if animated a bit better.

7/10

I was a little bored

It is an interesting idea...for a collab of some kind.
But I'm not too impressed with the jokes or animation.
It is a bit on the WTF side though.

I don't even bother reviewing stuff like this

Thank you! I am humbled by the feedback on my simple little movie. Very glad I got featured. If you really enjoyed rolling along, you might like "stuff-simple as that-" and "squares-simple as that-"

I will watch all the rest of the cartoons when I get a chance this evening/weekend.

Good good stuff. So for the WTF category "library party" is the hands down winner. It doesn't get any better than that. For the experimental section it's "rolling along" though I prefer farfenwaffle's other music based cartoon "squares, simple as that" I'm surely into goood simple animations. It kinda reminds me of animation in the olden days where one person had an idea and did it. That's why I love all of you guys and gals who do flash compared to the big coorporate animation factories. You are artists. Thanks Tom and company for giving these animators a voice.

Ahh here is the genre of my favorite at newgrounds, Experimental/Art Film.

I think "Ambition" was the best Experimental flash here. Loved the style, loved the story, loved reading the artists meaning to it all, i wish more artists would do that here. And loved how it repeated. It just clicked for me in an art way, was very bold and daring...and came together very well.

My favorite WTF short was "The Library Party." was so crazy, yet funny and enjoyable. And a true use of the term WTF.

This was easily most amazingly animated and thought out.

This one to me had the best symbolism:
"Their surronding shapes the plants, and they have become their surronding. Nature created the plants and our source of technology and now the opposite is happening."

Simply mind fucking! It really is well done, the man in it even pops his old balloon on his second way down the first time!

A winner I cannot decide upon, but there's my two cents.

WTF flashes I didn't much like... Except for:

I just really like the animation style to be quite honest. Silence world was great too, pretty much the whole category blew me away.

For Hidden Games, I'm going to have to go with...

Not only was the idea hilarious, the execution was killer! I loved how the author divided up the "instruments". The animation was simple, but slick!

WTF gems reviews, right here.

The Library Party is genious. Who'd thought a bunch of old ladies could be this hardcore. Both creepy and hilarious, although pretty uninteresting at the same time. After watching the scene for a while, the joke gets old. It's not as funny after replaying either. Still it is the best in the list, and has pretty cool and unexpected ending.
8/10

-CONFLICT- doesn't appear as all that "wtf" in the beginning. Then it becomes clear that it's a flash about girls issues. Very wtf indeed, lol. Good graphics but not very entertaining at all. The dialogues progress slow and are all voiced by the same girl, who does some very dull and unfitting voiceacting.
7/10

Ooh Yeaah! is scribbly and random. It's not really funny or memmorable. Nothing special, the creator of this flash was probably bored, but it wasn't horrible either.
5/10

Newgrounds Tank Animated didn't have any good graphics or jokes. I can tell the animator decided to use the preloader tank animation because he isn't very good at making his own animations. That sums it up about right.
5/10

{ps} It Is Not Spam U Fag is a collab containing pictures of yaks. I don't see anything witty about this submition. Some types of spam are amusing, but this just bores me.

Decent animation and short, yet who can resist a great loop with a wonderfully designed purpose.

WTF category-

Best of them all, easily. I was thoroughly entertained.
