I've been trying to find this flash

I remember playing this flash a couple of years ago, but I don't even remember its name anymore. What I do remember is that it was a mafia game, as in, you were a mob boss. Its graphics were similar to the Madness style, but the character models were bulkier around the shoulders. You could equip your men with outfits, body armor, and weapons. You could hold up various establishments in the city, and either extort them for money, or take over them completely and set up racketeering schemes.

If anyone is kind enough to tell me what the name of this flash was, I'd be forever grateful.
