it looks cool, but it hard to see. could you perhaps make a better scan of it and upload a higher res somewhere? that would really help.
If this is the way it is id say it needs more definition. more sharpness

agreeing with J-qb.
You could also use the eraser on the end of a pencil to add some highlights to his armour and make it more shiny, plus it'd help to define the form a bit more : )

But yeah, the lines should be a tad more defined, so you can see the nice detail better.

Yeah somebody already told me about the eraser thing, I thought it was a great idea until I tried it.
Cuz I was more focking things up than making it sharper lol.

I guess I was too focused on details and
Forgot about drawing principles.

Anyway, I did some couple of things i never finished like this one too. I doubt i'll ever finish thoe, cuz i just had a tablet and a mic and im beginning to create flashes with some friend of mine.

The detail is awesome, some sort of a background could be good. The only criticism is that it's hard to see the outlines, maybe draw the outlines and then use a harder pencil to shade it.
