There's an experience worse than blindness-- it's the certainty that your vision is perfect and the horror that there's no world around you to see.
finally after some long hours the colour version is here.
Be a little more creative when referencing, this is a carbon copy of an illustration it took me less than 30 seconds to search up. There's obviously nothing wrong with using somebody else's art to take a few cues, but the golden rule is to use your own posing and flavors.
Art is about expression and skill, and this is just some technically adequate copying of something else, like a patent illustration.

Good,
As polonium said, there is nothing wrong with using a reference, just mention you had one, and if possible link it.
I have started my new piece but may not be finished for a while due to damned college work.

i like the design on the shirt, alot
as for the picture before this, when you colored it, i can see a very small white outline inside the hair lines (more toward where it fades to black it is a bit more pronounced)
This text is in bold, which makes me aweso and your statement irrelevant.

Pretty good but the proportions are qutie off. His heads too big for his body, people's arms usually reach to halfway down one's thigh and there's a few other things. The face is good just the body that you should improve. If your going to use lines then you should change the colour of them. I recomend that you use the brush tool instead and then use the selection(arrow) tool to edit the brush strokes.
The shirt looks good you should make the lines smoother and thinner :D
