So innocent people like me don't get attacked suddenly for no reason. Today I was walking from work to the bar like I always do and I always walk by the same house on my route that has a dog living outside of it. For the record this dog is always violently barking at anyone who passes by. Anyway I'm walking by when all of a sudden it charges me and tries to bite my arm. I kick it a few times but it continues to try and bite me until it's owner saw what was happening and rushed out to stop it. I managed to get away from that with only a few scratches but the fact remains that people need to remember to keep their damn animals on a leash at all times.

Keeping my pets on a leash would probably kill them, I keep tropical fish. And my dog, 'Roger', is very well trained so a leash is not necessary. I suggest you talk to the owner of the dangerous dog and tell him you will sue him and that you will make sure his dog is put down if ever it does really bite you, even suggest to him if the dog attacked a small child it would probably kill the child, so he should keep it on a leash that may change his attitude. I had a big fear of dogs for a while because one huge ass dog bit me in England and almost broke my arm.

I was in the park once and my friend brought her dog, and the dog has no leash.
Some dude came by all pissed off because her dog was running around in a park.
It's a fucking park.
And he was bitching at all of us for having a dog on the loose, and the dog was like 15 feet away from all of us.

Needless to say we bitched the guy out and he walked away, but still. I don't see a problem with having no leash on an animal, they have freedom too, we don't get put on leashes.

Not really sure. I didn't ask the owner but it looked like it was a husky/lab.

Call the animal control and have them take away the dog. It randomly attacked you and you said it often acts vicious which are the signs of a dangerous dog.
