Just because the game is filled with nerds and geeks, doesn't make it a bad game. I played it for a few months before getting bored but it was a still a pretty cool game. And even if the game was absolutely terrible, doesn't mean the movie will be.

Hell they could make an awesome movie with great special effects and stuff with a really high budget. So just because you don't like the game doesn't mean it will suck. Besides there's even been great games with shit movies like Super Mario Bros etc.

So I'll watch it if the trailer looks good enough, and I hope they don't make it PG I want some M or R rated violence.

True fact, half the people that say they hate wow, and that it's a terrible game, most likely haven't ever played the game. A third of the ones who said they do are probably lying. Half the people who say they don't play probably do. If you don't like the game, don't play it. If you don't like the movie, don't watch it.

Nothing wrong with making a Warcraft movie. I've always enjoyed the storyline, as cliche as it is, ever since the first Warcraft.

It'd probably turn out to be a cliche fantasy/medieval movie but hopefully watchable.

And to anyone who loathes the game... grow up. It's a computer game, find something worthwhile to hate (though I was a bit disturbed this summer when I visited a nearby beach and saw a "World of Warcraft" exhibit being advertised at the local museum).
