All that means is that the user's been here longer. How much time you put into voting and getting experience has no effect on how intelligent or interesting you are. Post numbers are a better indicator of n00bishness. Since you have only 51 posts, that tells me you probably don't have much experience (of the non-level-gaining kind) on this BBS. Even so, some of the so-called "veterans" can be as dumb as the n00bs at times.

That is because they don't have the time to be on here 24/7. They log on, vote 5 times, collect their experience, and then log off, or wander round the bbs.

When I first registered, Pimp was owning the EXP game, I was suprised when I came back over a year later (of not depositing experience...argh..) to see that HumanTarget was in the lead, but I'm sure Pimp will take it back in the future.
