Yes, H1N1 hasn't killed as many as regular flu; but if you consider the amount of people who catch regular flu every year. It's the mortality rate compared to the amount of infections. Swine flu has a higher one, and while regular flu mostly kills children and the elderly, swine flu also kills aduls (mostly those with heart and lung conditions).

Anyway, is this how short the collective memory is? When was the last time a pandemic wiped out millions? Oh, right, about 50 years ago.
