That Tom and Jerry Movie.

Anyone remember back then in about 1999 or i think 2000, around there, when they made that Tom and Jerry movie?
When i was a kid, i didnt pay attention to it at first but, why did they give voice actors for them?
Did anyone have the same feelings i had when that movie just raped tom and jerry as a whole?
There isnt even any violence between the two not including at the very, very end.

I've only seen one Tom and Jerry movie in whole. That one with the ring.

I bet it sucked but I was only 7 when I watched it.

what is also annoying is that a few years ago they tried to launch some new enhanced series of Tom And Jerry..although if I remember that wasn't actually too bad

I think you're talking about the Tom & Jerry film they made back in the early 90's. Tom & Jerry had their house demolished and they team up with a little girl to find her Dad.

Anyway, I remember hating it as a kid. The one good thing about that film was the fat dog on a skateboard...he was alright.

You saying about that movie with that rich girl? Yeah i remember seeing it and i saw it again on cartoon network a few days ago while my nephew was seeing it. I don't know, i kinda liked Tom and Jerry Friends, and talking to each other. But i guess now they're not going to do a movie like that again...

I thought it was pretty mediocre. Watchable, but I think they should've stopped molesting tom & jerry long ago.
It wasn't exactly Rover Dangerfield on my list of memorable kids' cartoons but I must've watched it at least twice on Cartoon Network and enjoyed myself to a point.

True though, as the soundless Tom and Jerry makes the most impact than the ones with back-up voices.

Some of the voices in the original series would crack me up. Usually it was Tom and the dog who would talk though.

That movie was about Tom and Jerry? Nah... it was clearly about some little girl and a bunch of pedophiles wanted her inheritance that she has because her father could really give less of a two fucks, but in the end he thinks he can just waltz in on his helicopter and make everything better in the end.

There was a talking cat and a talking mouse in that movie, but that's not important, besides they talked you can't tell me that's Tom and Jerry.

If I remember correctly, it was a crushing dissapointment. I remember that chick Aunt Fig? My little sister would call her "Aunt Fag" At least something funny came out of the movie.
