I recently bought Mortal Kombat II on the PS3, and I got a print out of all the special moves and fatalities, and I see combination for Friendship and Babality, but they never work.

I never remembered any of those kind of finishing moves in MKII, only in MK3, are there Friendships and Babality in MKII?

Yes, there are Friendships and Babalities in MK2. The condition you have to meet is to use Kicks only. That means you can't punch, grab, or do any move that has you pressing Low Punch or High Punch. Also, why do you think Shao Khan says "Friendship. Friendship?! Again?!" In Mortal Kombat 3?
