L4d2 Demo

DAMN IT WAS GOOD! i'm definately going to buy this game when it comes out, despite my name, do not think i play only sonic and mario games ok? anyway what did you guys think of the demo?

It was fun, pretty good sized for a demo, it showed off what most of the new elements of gameplay are. The only thing I'm dissapointed about is that I never got to use incendiary ammo.

Yeah i was pretty pissed at that too but i got over it when started chopping up enemys with a machete :)

Like the grenade launcher. Oh well, it WAS a demo. I pre-ordered it so I can blow up zombies with a grenade launcher in about 11 days from now...

Type map in the console, then you choose the map name and THEN you can turn sv_cheats 1 on. Although it doesn't give you any hidden weapons.

Eehhh, actually I'm quite sure that somebody reported using the grenade launcher ( it didn't have textures) in the demo.

As for the whole demo...well, I liked many of the gameplay upgrades, but I'm terribly disappointed in the music and the atmosphere. In L4D the survivors were like "Oh shit, it's the zombie apocalypse!". L4D2 has a more "Meh, zombies. Let's kill as much as we can! :D" feeling. And the survivors feel boring too. The only one that interested me is Nick and that only because he's wearing a white tuxedo in a zombie apocalypse - don't see that every day.
And that music....ugh. I'm not going to even bother.

I enjoyed it, but it was different enough from the first one for me to get it day one or anything. I will pick it up for Christmas I suppose. There are a lot of other games out there they debuted this year and I think they deserve a lot more attention and sales.

Nick = House
Beth = Dumb Black Bitch
Big black dude = Ronnie Colemon
Other weedy thing = The Sponge...

Mostly because it was brand new, and presented EVERYTHING the game had, in co-op anyway.

well, honetly, im ilove it but im disapointed. it is good, but resembles tomuch of the old one. was hoping for some better stuff, idk. im stilll ganna get it cuse it is still F**king SWEET!!!!!!

It's a fucking video game. Their is no such thing as an accomplishment in video games. Except for the people who make them. Cheats can make it funner. The only point of games is fun. Therefore cheats are fine.

Also learn to spell before berating someone else for not having skill for playing with fucking toys.
