Saying "Damn" on a commercial?

I was watching Disney XD, I forgot why... No I'm not a retard 10 year old. Anyways. So I saw a commercial for that new movie "Old Dogs", and at one point you can hear Robbin Williams say "Damn" near the end of it.

So, is that legal? To curse on a commercial? Is it even legal on any TV show or do they have to put the TV MA stamp on it?

Probably is, just found it kinda funny he says it.

"Damn", along with "hell", isn't considered a bannable word on television, radio, and cinema, so they can say it in a commercial yes.

I would be thrown off if a commercial for a product used a cuss word, but if it is for a movie or something it is different.

Like if a McDonald's ad said, "Tired of that Burger King shit? Try our damn tasty McDouble!" I'd be all like, 'wait wut?'

But if a preview came on for a movie about an affair and said "Damn you Franklin, I know you are sleeping with her!" i'd be like, that sounds about right.

Oh my fucking God I hate when people think words like "damn" and "bloody" and "crap" are swear words. THEY'RE NOT!!! It's not like they're saying, shit, fuck or cunt are they? Actually, what most people don't know is that the limits of what you can say are dependent on the channel. You can say bitch, damn, and poontang, pussy, ect in commercials for channels like Comedy Central. Nick and Disney for example, who have audiences of 12 and under, usually have much more strict rules on the level of obcenity in commercials.

It also depends on the time, what country you are in, ect, but I've wrote enough.
