I don't think OP has OCD...
It seems to me you shower as a method of relaxation. Its a place for you to calm down and de-stress. The shower is a quiet (well white noise) and private place which can help you reflect, collect your thought and "re-center" yourself. That being said, showering 4-5 times a day is not likely to be very good for your skin as you keep washing away the oils on it - making your skin dry out all the time.
Perhaps you could find a different place where you can gain the same benefits? It could be as simple hanging a do not disturb sign on your door so you can have some peace and quiet.
However if you shower repeatedly because you feel unclean you may want to see your doctor just to see if there is a medical reason feeling the need to take constant showers.
