Yeah, I was savin' this for my 5,000th post, but it took a little while to get there and now it's 4:30 AM. ANYWAYS, I have a kinda interesting story.
I was walkin' my dog yesterday, and where I live there's two streets that go into a V shape. Like, they're separate roads but there's a parking lot in between them. So I always cut across the parking lot, swing back down the other road, and go back the way I came.
So I was walkin', not really paying attention. Then I see this guy. He had to be about 90 something. He had this huge white beard, and white long hair matted down by a camo hat. His hair was in front of his eyes because of this. He had a big camo jacket on and camo pants, y'know. He was holding a bow and had a quiver of arrows on his leg. Now my dog's pretty big. He also has the same general color of a deer. That light brown color. I'm lookin' at him now, and I see he's looking right at my dog. Then I see him lift up his bow and take out an arrow. Then I'm like "wait a sec" and I see that he's pulling back the string. So I yell, y'know like "Hey hey woah man what are you doing!" He then squints at me, and then immediately lowers his bow and is like "oh sorry I thought it was a deer there". So I won't be walking that way any time soon.
If I hadn't yelled out, I might of seen my dog get killed by an arrow. And the thing is, is that this parking lot is like right next to houses. I'm sure it's only a matter of time before he kills some little kid.
