I just assumed that all of the Dress-Up games that don't involve nudity or sex toys are made for girls to play.
I don't see guys playing around with a fake wardrobe like that - more often then not, they either look for the "clear all clothing" button or search for easter eggs around the cartoon girl's nipples.
