I don't believe it. Obama has been pushing for net neutrality and this seems like the exact opposite of that. This source doesn't seem very credible.

Haha, it's interesting since the ethical rules that apply have changed so much these last few decenia. Should it be considered stealing when producers of music for example experience higher revenues due to illegal downloading? The copyright laws that are still in place are very much outdated and these updates push the development of rational and good laws in the wrong direction, the old industry is fighting change because they want to insure their revenues even though it may be hurting them in the long run.

I am very dissapointed by governments all over the world caving in to the lobbies from these companies when they should be looking at the scientific data/studies.
