What's that video game?

What's that video game where you play as a squirrel and you go on humorous adventures? One of the boss battles on the game has a cut-scene of a massive pile of shit singing "I am the great mighty poo and I'll throw my shit at you" just before you have to defeat him.

It was originally for Nintendo 64 and was re-released for Xbox with a multiplayer option with an army theme. I can't really remember much else except there's also a scarecrow at the beginning who's called "Birdy" or something like that.

Does anyone know the name of it?
